The Football Association is pleased to announce the official opening of applications for the position of FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS) Regional Lead Scout.

Under this recruitment drive, two successful applicants will be appointed to oversee scouting operations across the country’s ten football regions, playing a pivotal role in unearthing and nurturing the next generation of Ghanaian football stars.

This forms part of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme, designed to strengthen grassroots football structures, identify emerging talents early and build a sustainable pathway for elite player development across member associations.

Interested and suitably qualified applicants are encouraged to carefully review the attached requirements and submit their applications in strict accordance with the outlined guidelines.
