
The Disciplinary Committee “A” of the Ghana Football Association will be sitting on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 3pm to adjudicate a number of cases concerning protests, misconducts, violence and various infringements of the GFA General Regulations and GFA Disciplinary Code.
Below is the list of individuals and clubs who are to appear before the Disciplinary Committee on Thursday at 3:00pm at the GFA Board Room to either defend themselves against charges or assist the Disciplinary Committee in its work:
(Note: If the Club have sent their Statement of Defence and Waived their Right to Personal Hearing they do not have to attend the sitting of the Disciplinary Committee):
1. Istanbul FC – (Unauthorized Video Coverage)
2. Elmina Sharks – (Throwing of objects at Officials)
3. Michael Acquah – Biting a player of Kotoku Royals
4. RTU - Disruption of video coverage by fan in RTU vs Berlin League match
5. Unity FC – Disruption of video coverage by fans Unity FC vs Berekum Arsenal - Fans misconduct and violence in Unity vs Berlin FC
6. Tamale All Stars & Galaxy – Pitch invasion and threats
7. Windy Professionals – Fans misconduct and violence
8. Okwahu United - Misconduct and Violence
The sporting public is also informed that the Disciplinary Committee shall adjudicate all Protest Cases immediately the exchange of the processes (Protest, Defence and Reply where required) in the cases are fully exchanged and become ripe for adjudication.
Per the GFA Regulations, Protests do not require personal hearing unless the Disciplinary Committee deems it fit to call the parties to its hearing.
