Ethics Committee to investigate Wa African United-Techiman City match-fixing case

Officials of Wa African United and Techiman City FC will appear before the GFA Ethics Committee at its sitting on August 12, 2015 at the Ashanti Regional Police Headquarters Conference Room.

The Committee has invited Nana Gyamerah Kwabena Yiakwan II of Wa African United and C.E.O of Techiman City FC, Mr. Charles Kwadwo Ntim as it begins investigations into an alleged match-fixing between the two clubs during their 22nd week match in the GN Bank Division One League.

Meanwhile Clubs in Zone One are duly informed that all remaining matches in the GN Bank Division One League will go on as scheduled while the Ethics Committee investigates the case.

The 2014/15 GN Bank Division One League will enter into Match day 26 next weekend in all three zones.
