Dwarfs facing three counts of misconduct

Ebusua Dwarfs will answer three counts of misconduct following their Glo Premier League match against Aduana Stars at the Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast.

The Disciplinary Committee has invited some officials to appear before it on 12th April for the panel hearing.

The club has been charged for the role played by their supporters in breaching, Article 35(4) and Article 35.1(c) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Officials of Dwarfs, match officials Patrick Kyeremateng, George Saijah, Augustine Akugre, William Agbovi and Match Commissioner Nana Justice Morgan will be attending the hearing.

Emmanuel Offei, PLB cameraman and A.S.P Avornyo, Regional Police Command in Cape Coast have also been invited by the Disciplinary Committee

Misconduct of fans contrary to Article 35(4) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Particulars of offence

That on Sunday 11th March 2012, when Ebusua Dwarfs played Aduana Stars at the Robert Mensah Stadium, supporters of Ebusua Dwarfs broke the main gate to the inner perimeter at the end of the match and physically assaulted the referee and his assistance whiles other supporters used stones, sticks and urine to attack the referee which resulted in the officials being hospitalized, the assistant 1 losing his watch, badge, flag and other items.

Misconduct of supporters contrary to Article 35(4) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Particulars of offence

That on Sunday 11th March 2012 when Ebusua Dwarfs played Aduana Stars at the Robert Mensah Stadium, supporters of Ebusua Dwarfs threw water sachets and stones on the Assistant 1 during the course of play.

Misconduct of fans contrary to Article 35.1(c) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Particulars of offence

That on Sunday 11th March 2012 when Ebusua Dwarfs played Aduana Stars at the Robert Mensah Stadium, supporters of Ebusua Dwarfs prevented the official PLB Cameraman from covering the match by causing damage to his equipment and mobile phone lost.
