Disciplinary Committee to adjudicate cases on August 13

The Disciplinary Committee “A” of the Ghana Football Association will be sitting on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 3pm to adjudicate a number of cases concerning misconduct, violence and various infringements of the GFA General Regulations and GFA Disciplinary Code.

Below is the list of individuals and clubs who are to appear before the Disciplinary Committee on Thursday at 3:00pm to either defend themselves against charges or assist the Disciplinary Committee in its work:

(Note: If you have sent your Statement of Defence and Waived Your Right to Personal Hearing you do not have to attend the sitting of the Disciplinary Committee): 1. Francis Dwomo Addai - Operations Manager of Bechem United

2. Ernest Adu - Goalkeeper of Bechem United

3. Samuel Bonnah - Technical Adviser of KFC Samosa FC

4. Osei Tutu - Team Physio of KFC Samosa FC

5. Mohammed Iddrisu, - Player of Bolga All Stars FC

6. Nii Lokko - Goaso

7. Alex Akugre - Match Referees

8. Theophilus Akugre - Assistant Referee 1

9. Paul Aduko - Assistant Referee 2

10. Joshua Noah - 4th Referee

11. Dominic Anane - Match Commissioner (to Assist Committee’s work)

12. Tamale All Stars FC - Division One League Club in Zone One

13. Berekum Arsenals FC - Division One League Club in Zone One (to Assist)

The sporting public is also informed that the Disciplinary Committee shall adjudicate all Protest Cases immediately the exchange of the processes (Protest, Defence and Reply were required) in the cases are fully exchanged and become ripe for adjudication.

Per the GFA Regulations, Protests do not require personal hearing unless the Disciplinary Committee deems it fit to call the parties to its hearing.
