Samuel Atta Kumi scored the winning goal when the two sides met in the first round of the season at the CAM Park.

Champions Asante Kotoko sit in 5th place in the League table with 47th points whiles Karela United occupy the 16th spot with 40 points.

Asante Kotoko have won two of their last five matches against Karela United -with the Aiyinase based club winning one and snatching a draw in the other. 

Karela United are winless in their last two visits to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium with one defeat and a draw.

The Porcupines will rely on George Mfegue, Augustine Agyapong, Steven Mukwala, Enoch Morrison, Solomon Safo Taylor, returnee Justice Blay, Richard Boadu and Maxwell Agyemang.
