The CAF Licence A Coaching Course will take off at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence on Tuesday, February 17, with President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku set to address the participants on Thursday, February 19, 2026.

The intensive 10-day programme will attract elite coaches from across the continent, all seeking to earn one of CAF’s highest coaching qualifications.

The CAF Licence A is a critical milestone for coaches aiming to work at top-flight club level and within national team structures.

Participants will undergo rigorous theoretical and practical sessions, focusing on modern tactical principles, player development, performance analysis, leadership, and match preparation.

The course is designed to align African coaching standards with global best practices while addressing the unique demands of football on the continent.

The upcoming CAF Licence A Coaching Course also signals the GFA’s continued investment in education as a way of empowering coaches and forms part of the CAF Coaching convention.
