The Black Queens have resumed training after the Group C encounter with Cameroon, shifting their full attention to the team's final group match against Mali.
Monday's session focused primarily on recovery, with players who featured extensively in the Cameroon match undergoing light exercises and regeneration work.
The rest of the squad participated in a more intensive training session as preparations gathered pace for the crucial fixture.
With qualification to the knockout stage still within reach, the atmosphere in camp remains positive and determined as Coach Kim Lars Björkegren and the technical team fine-tune plans for the decisive encounter.
