Ghana coach Avram Grant has named debutante Bernard Mensah in his 23-man squad for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Mauritius this month.
The Portugal-based youngster is among the 23 players called by the Black Stars trainer for the match to be played in Accra.
Coach Grant recalled England-based winger Albert Adomah who returns to the squad for the first time since the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Black Stars assistant captain Andre Ayew was excluded from the squad as he is recovering from injury.
The squad is dominated by players who played for the Black Stars to reach the final of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
Ghana will start their camping on Thursday before playing Mauritius in their opening Group H qualifier in Accra on Sunday 14, June.
