Ghana youngster Dominic Adiyiah says he is willing to fight for his place at AC Milan but admits he would be keen on a loan move to guarantee regular match action.

The 20-year-old striker would return to Milan from the World Cup with Ghana amid reports of interest from other European clubs.

Reports have suggested that Sunderland are keen on taking the AC Milan youngster on a season-long loan.

Though flattered by the reported interest, Adiyiah, yet to make his Milan debut insists he is unaware of Sunderland's interest.

"I am a Milan player, it is true I want to play more games which is not easy at a very big club for youngsters, but I will push hard," Adiyiah said.

"Sunderland? I know our captain [Mensah] played there last season, but he said nothing to me about the club.

"I heard from newspapers there are three or four clubs interested in taking me on loan, let's wait and see."
