Richard Addai scored twice in either half to keep alive Bechem United's hopes of escaping relegation after beating Tema Youth 2-1 on Saturday in the Glo Premier League.

The win at the Bechem Park, the third in the season for Bechem lifts them to third from bottom with the two other relegation-threatened teams - Wassaman and Berekum Arsenal - set to play on Sunday.

Bechem got their opener in the 14th minute and held on to finish the first half 1-0.

Eight minutes after recess, Abel Hammond drew Tema Youth level but in the 60th minute Addai scored to establish Bechem's lead.

Bechem now the remaining seven matches to improve their chances of avoiding relegation in their debut premiership season.
