Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah has explained that his decision to extend his stay with Bundesliga outfit, Hoffenheim was to aid his development as a player.
The powerful central defender who had 12 months to run on his existing deal, had agreed to remain with the German outfit for a further three years.
Vorsah is currently on duty with the Black Stars as they prepare for the start of their Group D World Cup campaign against Serbia.
"I would like to develop further in an optimal environment and Hoffenheim offers me all the right conditions for that.
"Therefore, I am looking forward to playing with Hoffenheim in the coming years."
Vorsah arrived at the Rhein-Neckar Arena in 2007 from Asante Kumasi.
