The Volta Regional Football Association (VRFA) has announced that its Ordinary Congress will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025. The event is scheduled to take place at the Ho Municipal Assembly Hall, starting at 10:00 a.m.
The Ordinary Congress, which is held annually, serves as the highest decision-making platform of the regional football governing body. It provides an opportunity for stakeholders to deliberate on key matters concerning the administration and development of football within the region.
Delegates expected to attend include representatives from Division Two clubs, Women’s Division One teams, juvenile clubs, referees, coaches, and district football associations. The meeting will review activities from the just-ended football season, discuss upcoming competitions, and approve plans for the 2025/26 season.
The Volta RFA, led by its chairman, Daniel Agbogah, is expected to use the platform to outline strategic initiatives aimed at improving grassroots football, refereeing standards, and club management across the region.
This year’s Congress promises to be an important gathering for all stakeholders as the region continues to make strides in football development and representation at the national level.
