Tema Youth SC have gone four matches without defeat on Zone three and sit at the top of Zone three with 15 points – two points richer than Susibiribi who are in second place with 13 points after six matches.

The Harbour Warriors have won 5 and lost one of their six matches with the only defeat being against Accra City Stars at home. Tema Youth will host Uncle T United on Match Day seven at the dreaded Tema Park after the venue was approved by the Club Licensing Committee last week.

They hold a 6 point advantage over their opponents heading into the tie on Sunday.  The Zone’s top scorer Evans Osei Wusu and Stephen Appiah Asare have 7 goals in between them and the former will be seeking to extend his goal scoring tally on Sunday. Evans has netted 4 times and leads the chart level with Osah Bernardinho Tettey of Accra City Stars.

Akyem Susubiribi who sits in second place with 13 points will lock horns with Accra Young Wise at Akyem Tafo.

Liberty Professionals seems to have found their spark in the last couple of weeks after turning their season around with back to back wins in their last two matches.

The scientific soccer lads who suffered relegation last season drew their first four matches but wins over Heart of Lions and Mighty Jets have brought fresh energy into their campaign.

George Atuahene and Jabir Ibrahim stole the show in midweeks as they overcame Mighty Jets. With their current form, they look favourites heading off to face one of the most consistent clubs in the Zone.

Kotoku Royals are in third place with 12 points – two points ahead of Liberty Professionals and would fancy their chances at the late Sly Tetteh in Dansoman.

The match between Inter Allies and Accra City Stars at the theatre of Dreams - Dawu will get us underway on Friday.
