Three players battle for NASCO Ghana Premier League March top player award

Three players have been shortlisted for the NASCO March Player of the Month award.

Samuel Okai of Bechem United, Claude Shooting Bortey of Young Apostles, and Setsofia Aqetey of Vision FC are the nominees for the Ghana Premier League Player of the Month award for March.

Winger Samuel Okai featured in four matches, scoring once and earning two Man of the Match awards. He also played a crucial role in his team’s first away win of the season against FC Samartex, where he was named the standout performer.

Centre-back Claude Shooting Bortey impressed with three goals, including two stunning free-kicks against Heart of Lions, and also picked up one Man of the Match award.

Setsofia Aqetey of Vision FC also made his mark, scoring two goals in four matches and earning one Man of the Match award.

The winner will receive a 43-inch NASCO television and a NASCO double-door bottom-freezer refrigerator, courtesy of Electroland Ghana Limited.
