Premiership side, Tema Youth has signed a pact with Danish club, Sonderjyske.

The deal would see both parties deriving benefits from the development and training of players from Ghana.

According to the agreement, the "development, training and promotion of Ghanaian Footballers for professional careers in Europe" remains the major area of the partnership deal.

Consequently, young talented players from the Tema Youth set up will be sent to Denmark for trials spanning 14 days to three months between July and September each year.

Both parties would share the cost with the Ghanaian side facilitating the players' travel arrangements while Sonderjyske provide accommodation and other logistics for their stay.

Tema Youth under the deal are tasked to look the boundaries of Ghana to identify and recruit young talented players.

Sonderjyske, would kit Tema Youth as the agreement cedes that role to the foreign partners, covering the team and its affiliate feeder institutions.

Mr Jakob Gregersen, Sonderjyske's sports manager signed the deal for the Danish club while Mr Patrick Aidoo of All Sports Management Consult signed for Tema Youth.
