Coach of Tarkwa United, Eric Amoah , has been charged on two counts in respect of their GN Bank Division One League Match against Eleven Wise played on April, 19 in Sekondi.

On or about the 75th minute of the match, the coach is alleged to have entered the field and walked all the way to the penalty area to challenge the decision of the match referee and insulted him without permission contrary to the stipulations of the GFA Regulations.

He is hereby charged for a breach of Articles 50, 58 and 59 of the Disciplinary Code and Articles 35(7)(a) and 35(7)(d) the GFA General Regulations in respect of this match.

Also on or about the 84th minute of the match, Coach Amoah rained insults on Assistant Referee 1 calling him among other insults “a foolish man” which resulted in a hold up of play and your dismissal from the team bench to the stands, a behaviour which is contrary to the stipulations of the GFA Regulations.

He therefore faces another charge for a breach of Articles 50, 58 and 59 of the Disciplinary Code and Articles 35(7)(a) and 35(7)(d) the GFA General Regulations in respect of this match.

Coach Amoah is therefore expected to submit his written Statement of Defence to the charge(s) on or before Thursday, April 30, 2015 on or before 5pm at the GFA Secretariat or through email address to the Disciplinary Committee, [email protected] failing which the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case without his Statement of Defence.
