There is no resentment on the part of Goran Stevanovic at England for fielding a team that would be bereft of their high-profile players when Ghana plays the Three Lions today.

For the Black Stars coach, the chance to become the first African team to defeat England at Wembley and continue with his team building plans remains his priority not Fabio Capello's shuffling of personnel.

England have been criticized for resting a number of players for the sell out international friendly against Ghana.

But Ghana’s coach is unmoved as he attaches importance to the game which has seen 20,000 tickets sold for the official away supporters.

“I’m sure they did that because it is a friendly game, if it was an official game they wouldn’t have,” Stevanovic said.

“We are playing against England, not one or two players. The players who start will be the best in England.”

Ghana, England's 84th international opponent would be looking to make history by beating the Three Lions at the Wembley.
