Milovan Rajevac will be hoping to build on the first friendly game for the Black Stars when Ghana plays Latvia on Saturday in London.

The coach watched his side fail to match Holland, losing 4-1 in Rotterdam as the Black Stars warmed up ahead of the World Cup.

The Black Stars, playing their first warm up game against an experienced Dutch side were second best in most parts of the game as unforced errors simply handed the initiative to the Oranje.

Dirk Kuyt scored in the first half before Rafael van der Vaart, Wesley Sneijder and Robin van Persie, through a spot kick added goals in the last 20 minutes.

Asamoah Gyan scored Ghana’s only goal when he capitalized on shaky defending to make it 2-1 in the 78th.

Despite the scoreline, Milovan Rajevac would be looking at the positives on the night seeing deputy captain John Mensah and a host of other players get some minutes under their belt.

Just as he said before the game, Rajevac tried out other options and made a six changes which did not include Kevin-Prince Boateng, who remained on the bench as the Dutch made four changes.

Back from the break, Rajevac made five quick substitutions, sending John Mensah, Andre Ayew, Prince Tagoe, Asamoah Gyan and Dominic Adiyiah as he withdrew Vorsah, Quincy, Amoah, Appiah and Sulley.

Rajevac's final change was the introduction of Kwadwo Asamoah for Anthony Annan.

The game against the Dutch was the first for the Black Stars in their build up towards the World Cup in South Africa after days of training in Paris.

Ghana's next and final game would be against Latvia in London on June 5.
