Ghana’s Under-17 maintained their winning run at the four-nation tournament on Monday, beating host nation, Ivory Coast 1-0.

The Black Starlets made an impressive start in the tournament with a 3-0 win over Tunisia before yesterday’s victory over the host nation to record their second victory.

The team would play against Gabon next before Saturday's final.

Ghana’s participation is expected to help coach E.K. Afranie continue with his team building process ahead of the African Championship qualifiers.

The Black Starlets would play Libya in the opening match of the African Under-17 Championship qualifiers in August.
