Milovan Rajevac is happy to head to South Africa without any injury worries after the Black Stars rounded up their final warm-up game on Saturday.

The Ghana coach watched his Black Stars beat Latvia 1-0 in Milton Keynes. A result which will be welcomed by the Serbian, coming after last Tuesday's defeat to Holland.

However, Rajevac, who would lead Ghana for their opening World Cup match in eight days time is thrilled going into the competition with no injuries as the run-up to the competition has been blighted by injury concerns to some high-profile players.

“For us the most important thing was that no player got injured,” Rajevac said.

“So after today’s match, everything is OK.”

The Black Stars have a minor issue with Sulley Muntari, who is recuperating from a thigh strain though he is tipped to recover in time before Ghana's opening game.

Ghana kick off the World Cup against Serbia before facing Australia and Germany in Group D.
