Milovan Rajevac is content with Ghana's 1-1 draw with Australia and hopes to build on their lead in Group D to secure qualification to the next round.
The Black Stars came from behind to draw at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium with Asamoah Gyan scoring from the spot in the first half after Brett Holman had put the Australians ahead in the 11th minute.
Though the Socceroos were reduced to 10 men following Harry Kewell's sending off for using his arm to keep out Jonathan Mensah's goal bound shot, Ghana failed to put the game beyond their opponents.
Ghana, did search for a winner but also survived some nervy moments as goalkeeper Richard Kingson kept out efforts from Scott Chipperfield and Luke Wilkshire in the second half.
Having shared the spoils in the tense match, Rajevac was pleased with the result which sent Ghana top of the group ahead of the potential knockout match with Germany in their last game in Group D.
"The result is quite good because we have four points now. We will see how things go against Germany. Even if we had won, the last match, it would still have been very important," he said.
"You see, there is no game won in advance at the World Cup and we can regret our missed chances today, but this is football. I'm saying again, we would have been in the same situation even if we had won and had six points.
"To a certain point, Australia now have got themselves more involved and I think Serbia will also be playing Australia for the result, so there are many different combinations. We are still very much in it and I am not unhappy with the final result."
Rajevac admits that the Black Stars had a bad start which seemed to have handed the initiative to the Australians in the early part of the game.
"We had a bad start during the first 15 minutes when we conceded a goal. But after that we started to fight for the result. We had a player more than Australia. We tried to score a second goal, but we didn't manage. We had quite a lot of opportunities but just couldn't get the breakthrough because they played very well, so congratulations to them."
