Rahim Ayew made a winning debut for his side SK Lierse in their 1-0 home win over Charleroi on Saturday in the Belgian league.

A 13th minute by Sonck handed Lierse the win on Ayew's debut.

The Ghana international Ayew was taken off in the final minutes of the game but the win would be a major boost for the relegation threatened side.
