The Glo Premier League title race continues midweek after a brief international break with intriguing match-day-24 pairings that could yet help determine the destination of the title.

Berekum Chelsea may hold a 13-point lead in the title race, but it's not all done yet as they travel to the Dormaa Park to face champions, Aduana Stars on Wednesday.

The leaders would be looking to entrench their position at the top but must first get past Herbert Addo's side and stay on course for their historic debut title.

Any slip up by Asante Kotoko - Chelsea's closest challenger - against last from bottom, Real Tamale United at the Tamale Sports Stadium could then leave them with little chance of pushing the top as they remain 13 points off the pace with six games remaining after tomorrow's round of matches.

Medeama's push for a continental slot would be high on the agenda when they welcome AshantiGold to the Tarkwa T&A Park.

With little chance of challenging for the title, a host of clubs would be playing for top-four places.

Heart of Lions, who are three-points off a top-four place would take on relegation threatened, Mighty Jets at the Kpando Park.

The surprise story of the season so far appears to be the inconsistency surrounding Hearts of Oak, a side with 20 league titles to their credit.

The Phobians have been largely poor by their own standards. After falling off the pace to challenge for the title, Hearts are now battling to avoid another spell in the relegation ranks.

They remain just a point off the relegation zone and would need to take all the three points against Ebusua Dwarfs - who are pushing for a top-four place - to save their campaign when they play at the Ohene Djan Stadium.

King Faisal, who are level on points with the third from the bottom side host another top-four contender, Wa All Stars at the Baba Yara Stadium.

New Edubiase would engage bottom side, B.A. Stars at the Gyemfis Park to wrap up the midweek pairings.
