Preview: Gunners to turn guns at Kotoko

Two Saturday games will kick off the match-day-5 fixtures in an absorbing weekend in the Glo Premier League.

Bottom side Bechem Utd, chasing their debut win in the top flight welcome Aduana Stars to the Baba Yara Stadium on Saturday live on Metro TV at 3:00pm.

Bechem are yet to pick a point, having conceded 10 goals and would be aiming for their first victory of the season.

The other game on the day is the fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium where Mighty Jets would be attempting to end Dwarfs' unbeaten start to the campaign.

Both sides enjoyed mixed results in the past week as Jets suffered defeat while their opponents won at home.

The league has rarely lacked entertainment and on Sunday, a host of big games are lined up.

Berekum Arsenal and Asante Kotoko meet at the Golden City Park also live on Metro TV at 3:00pm in one of the big games in Ghana's top flight.

Kotoko, who are joint-top will be pushing to extend their fine form when they visit the Gunners, who themselves haven't fared too good.

By the time Kotoko finish their game, rivals, Hearts of Oak, who are level with the Porcupine Warriors would preparing to kick off their 6:15pm fixture against New Edubiase live on SuperSports.

The Phobians, still a work in progress have been efficient but would face a difficult task picking all three points against Edubiase.

Hans Van Der Plyum will get started at Berekum Chelsea where he's taken over from the dismissed Steve Pollack with his first assignment coming against Wassaman at the Sekondi Sports Stadium.

The reigning champions will be licking their wounds after losing at home last week and will be determined to get a response against Herbert Addo's side.

AshantiGold will be without the suspended Aaron Amoah when they take on Liberty Professionals at the Len Clay Stadium.

Heart of Lions after being beaten by Kotoko will be at home to Wa All Stars at the Kpando Park where they will test the Blues' fine start.

Tema Youth, a place above the bottom-placed side and having only picked one point are confident of turning the tide when as the season progresses.

The Tema side will host Medeama at the Tema Park.
