The end of the season is in sight for all sixteen premiership sides as the league comes back to life this weekend but with three games to go, there is no celebration yet.

The title is not yet won however, down the table, Power FC with 18 points are relegated even though the season is left with more games.

Two games kick off match-day-28 on Saturday with two title hopefuls, Accra Hearts of Oak who lead the pack and closest challengers, Asante Kotoko who are attempting a successful defence of their title all in action.

League leaders, Hearts of Oak would be at home to Heart of Lions at the Carl Reindorff Park. The Phobians are four points clear at the top after having their six-point gap reduced.

Lions, who are seeking a top-four place for a continental slot have dipped in form though they come up against a Heart of Oak side who have gone two games without a win.

At the Coronation Park, Sekondi Hasaacas will test Asante Kotoko’s title ambitions when they play the Porcupine Warriors.

Kotoko have been in fine form picking seven out of nine points from their last three matches and will hope to maintain that impressive run against the mid-table club who will try to avoid the Porcupine Warriors completing a league double over them.

On Sunday, six games will come off across the country with Arsenals welcoming Gamba All Blacks to the Golden City Park in Berekum.
