All 16 Premier League sides would be entered into the live draw for the Round of 64 of the MTN FA Cup which takes place Friday evening.

The Cup competition enters the Round of 64 after 96 clubs had completed the preliminary round ties last year.

All qualified sides from the preliminary stage would be placed in the same ballot box with the 16 premier league sides - all drew a bye for the preliminary round - for the one-off games.

Today's draw which would be broadcast live on TV at 8:00pm from the Conference Room of the Ohene Djan Stadium would see 17 Division Two sides, 31 clubs from the Division One League and the Premiership's 16 sides all get to know their opponents.

The Cup competition has already recorded causalities with some top Division One sides failing to advance past the Preliminary Round stage.

However, as the competition reaches the business stage, the possibility of having more upsets looms as some lower tier clubs could draw Premiership clubs.

With no team seeded, the draw could pair two premiership sides in the Round of 64 fixtures as the elite division clubs would enter the fray for their Cup debut.
