The Football Association has announced the rescheduling of Matchday 30 of the Premier League to Wednesday, May 6, 2026, following the suspension of this weekend’s fixtures in honour of the late Dominic Frimpong.

The rescheduling of Matchday 30 is also to further allow Berekum Chelsea FC more time to recover from the incident.

The Football Association urge all clubs, match officials and relevant stakeholders to take note of the change and comply accordingly.

All other Premier League matches from Matchday 31 to Matchday 34 remain unchanged.

Hence, Matchday 31 will be honoured on its planned dates of Friday, May 1, 2026 to Sunday, May 3, 2026.

On Matchday 31 of the Premier League, all clubs will wear black armbands, and a minute of silence will be observed at every venue as we continue to console the family and friends of Dominic Frimpong and his clubs, Berekum Chelsea FC and Aduana FC.
