Asante Kotoko welcome Medeama SC to the Baba Yara Stadium in the headline fixture of Premier League matchday 12, while leaders Aduana FC travel to defending champions Bibiani Gold Stars in a high-stakes showdown. At the Golden City Park, Berekum Chelsea aim to steady their campaign as they host FC Samartex.

Here is a roundup of matchday 12 fixtures set to unfold across seven centres on Sunday, November 30, 2025.

Asante Kotoko vs Medeama

Asante Kotoko look to rebound from their first defeat of the season when they host title-chasing Medeama SC on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium.

The Porcupine Warriors—fourth on the table with 20 points—remain unbeaten at home in 16 straight league matches and boast strong defensive numbers.

Medeama, meanwhile, sit second with 22 points and arrive on an eight-game unbeaten streak. Both sides have conceded just six goals this season, setting up a cagey, high-stakes contest. Kotoko hold the edge at home, winning three of their last five league meetings in Kumasi.

Swedru All Blacks vs Young Apostles

Swedru All Blacks aim to build on their dramatic 3–2 win over Dreams FC as they host Young Apostles on Sunday.

The Black Magicians have been strong at home, losing only once in five matches, and sit 12th with 11 points.

Young Apostles, ninth with 15 points, have been inconsistent in recent weeks and remain winless on the road with three straight away defeats. This will be the Wenchi side’s first-ever Premier League trip to Swedru.

Basake Holy Stars vs Nations FC

Basake Holy Stars seek consecutive wins for the first time this season after their stunning 2–1 victory over Kotoko.

Despite sitting 17th, they remain unbeaten in three straight home games and have shown resilience at the AAK II Arena.

Nations FC, recently uplifted by a 2–0 win over Gold Stars, have climbed to 11th but remain winless away from home. Both sides are desperate for points as they push to escape the lower half of the table.

Bibiani Gold Stars vs Aduana FC

Defending champions Gold Stars, undefeated at home this season, welcome league leaders Aduana FC in a top-tier showdown at Dun’s Park.

Gold Stars have won all five home matches and are unbeaten at home against Aduana since 2021.

Aduana, with the most wins in the league (7) and in strong form, look to break their five-match scoreless away streak in Bibiani as they chase their first title since 2017.

Bechem United vs Hohoe United

Bechem United, unbeaten at home and yet to concede a goal on their turf this season, face struggling Hohoe United in a crucial bottom-half fixture.

The Hunters sit 16th with 10 points but carry strong home form into the contest. Hohoe United, winless in six straight matches and without an away victory this season, hope to find stability as they fight to stay above the relegation line.

Berekum Chelsea vs FC Samartex 1996

Berekum Chelsea aim to reverse their poor league form as they host Samartex on Sunday.

The Blues, 15th with 11 points, remain strong at home with three wins and hold an unbeaten home record against Samartex, keeping clean sheets in all previous meetings. Samartex, seventh on the table, have struggled away from home and are winless on the road this season.

Heart of Lions vs Karela United

Heart of Lions—second with 22 points and boasting the league’s best attack—aim to extend their perfect home record when they welcome Karela United to Kpando.

Lions have won all five home games without conceding. Karela, eighth with 16 points, have been impressive in attack but continue to struggle away, failing to win any of their five road matches. They have also never scored or won in Kpando.
