The Professional League Board has rescheduled two of the weekend’s games for a later date as the premiership enters match-day-24.

The decision by the league organizers means four premiership sides would have a free weekend as the remaining twelve clubs slug it out at various match centres across the country.

Bofoakwa Tano’s home match at the Coronation park in Sunyani with Feyenoord Academy has been postponed to March 4 as the two clubs make way for an international game to be played at the venue on Sunday.

Ghana’s Olympic side would take on their Nigerian opponents in the first leg tie of the final qualifier for the All-African Games competition at the Coronation park.

And by competition rules, the away team must have access to the grounds 24 hours before the game thus ruling out the possibility of premiership game coming off a day before the international fixture.

The other game deferred for another date is the Berekum Arsenals tie with AshantiGold.

The Miners who have five players engaged in national assignments for the Olympic team and the junior national side, the Black Starlets sought the postponement of the game.

Both sides would now honour their weekend’s game on March 11 at the Golden City park.
