Mixed results in both zones of the Division One League play-offs today means the campaign would go the wire with the final day matches set for Sunday.

Bazooka FC's hopes of wrapping up promotion on match-day-2 failed to materialize following a 5-1 defeat handed them by Bechem FC at the Ohene Djan Stadium.

The win sees Bechem, who are making their third attempt for a premiership place move top of the table in Zone I.

Unity FC remain third behind Bazooka, who are in second after drawing 2-2 with Guan United at the Tema Stadium.

Tema Youth and D’International remain joint-top of the Zone III table after both sides won yet again in their separate matches.

The former premier league side defeated Tete Atenpong 3-0 while D'international were 2-0 winners at the Robert Mensah Stadium over King Solomon.
