PHOTOS: Black Starlets hold recovery training session after Ivory Coast win

The Black Starlets, on Thursday, wasted no time in regaining their composure with a recovery training session held at the Accra Sports Stadium after their resounding 5-1 victory over Ivory Coast in the opening match of the WAFU Zone B Under-17 Championship.

With all 20 players in attendance, the session, which started at 16:00GMT, lasted for an hour and a half.

Coach Laryea Kingston took the boys through various exercises to ensure both physical and mental recovery for the team.

The session concluded without any injury concerns, providing a sigh of relief for both the coaching staff and the playing body.

The team will resume their preparations at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, to continue their preparations ahead of their game with Benin on Tuesday.
