Ransford Osei was voted the Samsung Best player for the match between Ghana and South Africa in semi-finals of the African Youth Championship on Wednesday.

The attacker scored a brace and produced an assist to help Ghana to a 4-3 win at the Amahoro stadium.

Osei's discipline and overall performance during the game earned him the Samsung Best Player award for his discipline and overall performance during the game.

The attacker was presented with a Samsung phone for his outstanding performance in the game which ended 4-3 and qualified Ghana for the finals.

Osei becomes the second player after captain, Andre Ayew to pick up the award at the tournament.
