Prince Okraku climbed off the bench to score a 93rd minute stoppage time goal to hand Eleven Wonders victory against King Faisal on Sunday.

The match day 10 contest dubbed landlord versus tenant was between two teams that use the Ohene Ameyaw park at Techiman as home grounds.

King Faisal were on top for most of the first half but they missed the chances that came their way with youngster Kwame Pepprah being the biggest culprit.

Zakaria Mugeese nearly scored the first goal of the game in the 59th minute when he connected to a cross with a bicycle kick but his smashing effort was equally met by an outstanding save by King Faisal goalkeeper Adams Abdul Jabal who finger tipped the ball over for a corner kick.

The home side continued to push for the match winner and substitute Prince Okraku nearly made it in the 85th minute after a wonderful one-two play between Abdul Mugeese and captain Salifu Ibrahim.

The winning goal came in added time as Okraku connected to a corner kick effected by Salifu as he took advantage of a near post ball to coolly head home. The goal is Okraku’s third off the bench goal in the Premier League campaign following goals against Asante Kotoko and Ebusua Dwarfs.

Eleven Wonders move to 12th with 13 points while King Faisal move bottom of the log on 7 points after 10 games.
