The Northern Region put on a clinical display to secure a 3-0 victory over Ashanti in their Group B clash. Ibrahim Saida opened the scoring early, finding the net in the 12th minute to set the tone. The floodgates truly opened late in the first half, with Baba Fuseina and Abdulai Huzeifa scoring in quick succession in the 35th and 38th minutes to seal a dominant performance.

In the other Group B fixture, Central Region delivered a powerful 4-0 statement win against Upper East. Agnes Abbam started the scoring in the 10th minute, but it was the brilliant Rosemond Adu-Twum who stole the show. After Alberta Agyei had made it 2-0 in the 19th minute, Adu-twum took over, netting a decisive brace with goals in the 22nd and 43rd minutes to put the game completely out of reach before halftime and secure a comprehensive victory for her side.

Group A witnessed an absolute goal-fest as Eastern Region routed Upper West with a stunning 6-0 scoreline. After Losu broke the deadlock in the 19th minute, Vivian Asare ignited a second-half blitz, scoring twice in the 57th and 65th minutes to extend the lead. The onslaught continued as Twumwaa Irene and Ruth Gadri added three more goals in a devastating five-minute spell, with Irene scoring in the 67th and Gadri wrapping up the emphatic performance in the 70th minute.

Brong Ahafo showcased their attacking prowess to claim a 4-1 victory over Western in a thrilling contest. Despite falling behind to a Charity Billingham strike for Western in the 27th minute, Brong Ahafo responded with immense character. The sensational Agyeiwaa Gifty Jnr led the comeback with two quick goals in the 31st and 39th minutes, before Kolani Marie added a third just before halftime. Asare Celestina then put the result beyond doubt with a fourth goal in the 66th minute, capping off an impressive team performance.
