Locals secure Right to Dream support

Sports and especially football continues to remain the vehicle for driving young people to achieve their goals. And Right to Dream, a non-governmental organization did no different as they seek to aid such people to realize their dreams.

Right to Dream, founded by Tom Vernon, African scout of English premiership champions, Manchester United today donated kits and equipments to facilitate the development of a range of sports, health and welfare projects in the country.

On Tuesday in the Ghanaian capital, Accra, some communities and organisations benefited from Right to Dream’s humanitarian gesture.

Football, the nations passion received its fair share of Right to Dream’s gesture as other sporting disciplines like tennis, cricket and rugby were also presented with gear including clothing and specialist health care equipment.

Local youth football teams, the Ghana Hockey Association, Good News Nursery, Hperon Maternity Clinic, Right to Dream Underprivileged Children’s Centre were some of the recipients of the donations made by Right to Dream.

Right to Dream is a charity with the vision of offering underprivileged children the opportunity to fulfill their true potential in life through sport and education.
