The Ghana Football School has announced the 1st batch of participants for the CAF Licence A Coaching Course.
The list which represents the 1st batch of the prestigious CAF Licence A pathway, brings together a diverse group of experienced and emerging coaches selected to undergo advanced technical and tactical training in line with Confederation of African Football standards.
Among the participants are Emmanuel Mensah, Abega Wilson, Dora Zutah, Winfred Dormom, Godwin Attram, Sadique Abubakar, Seth Osei, Enoch Daitey, Isaac Amarh and Sandra Boakye, alongside Welbeck Oppong, Mohammed Hamza Obeng, Henry Wellington, Laryea Kingston, Bernice Adutwumwaa, Anita Wiredu, Hamza Mohammed, John Painstil, Yakubu Mohammed and Joseph Agyemang Jr.
The inclusion of former internationals such as Laryea Kingston and John Paintsil adds further weight to the programme, highlighting the growing trend of ex-players transitioning into coaching roles to give back to the game.
The CAF Licence A course is a critical step for coaches aspiring to manage top-tier clubs and national teams across Africa.
