In the quest of broadening the Technical and Tactical development base of football, the Ghana Football School in collaboration with the Eastern Regional Football Association is organizing License D Coaching Course for grassroot coaches.

The course commences from April 18-25, 2026 at the Koforidua Sports Stadium.

Forty participants would go through the eight-day intensive football coaching course designed to address challenges affecting grassroot and young player development.

CAF and GFA instructors would take participants through practical and theory sessions and under the strict supervision of the GFA Technical Director, Professor Joseph Kwame Mintah.

At the end of the course, participants would be assessed practically and examined theoretically.

Successful participants would then be issued with the Licence D coaching certificate to enable them practice on the profession.

This course is in line with the vision of GFA Executive Council of developing grassroots football.
