The Glo Premier League title has been returned to the chest of the Ghana Football Association today as champions, Hearts of Oak returned the trophy they won last season.

Hearts of Oak lifted the maiden title of the Globacom sponsored competition for the first time last year after finishing the season with 52 points, thus three better than their closest rivals, Asante Kotoko.

FA and Premier League Board officials were joined by league sponsors, Globacom and members of Hearts at a short presentation of the trophy which is crowned by a 110m football made of pure optical crystal with sand blasted details.
