Premier League leaders, Wa All Stars surrendered the only unbeaten record in the league after going down 2:1 at Bechem United.

Abednego Tetteh converted a 9th minute penalty to put Bechem United ahead and held on to the lead till half time.

All Stars returned from the break with much verve, and hit back within a minute of the second half through Kofi Yeboah.

The home side held on tightly as the visitors pounced for the equalizer. It was, however, Bechem United who snatched what proved to be the winner in the 52nd minute. Abednego Tagoe grabbed his second goal of the afternoon to hand Bechem United all the points.

Despite the defeat, All Stars retained their spot on the table, although their lead has been cut down to two points following Accra Hearts of Oak’s draw with WAFA in Accra.
