Some upsets have been recorded in the MTN FA Cup competition as the threat of some established sides falling off still looms.

Following last weekend's elimination of Division One side B.A Utd by DC Utd, a Second Division club in the Round of 64 stage, the competition continues this weekend packed with fixtures which could produce shock results.

Asante Kotoko, the last FA Cup holders will kick off the defence of their trophy with a home tie against Danbort FC in the Round of 64.

For the Accra-based Second Division side, they can take inspiration from other results and possibly cause an upset when they play Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.

Medeama SC (formerly Kessben FC) would have the chance of playing their first game at the Tarkwa Stadium in the Cup competition when they welcome Real Tamale United, in an all premiership contest.

The weekend's round of games would also see Wa All Stars host Istanbul FC, Heart of Lions playing K.F.C. FC and Berekum Arsenals battling Ajax as they all vie for places in the Round of 32.

Berekum Friction would play BA Stars FC on Monday.
