There’s been a slight shuffle within mid-table and the bottom three of the standings on the Glo Premier League table but nothing to threaten Hearts of Oak’s lead at the top.

Hearts would enter match-day-28 with hope after Asante Kotoko and Heart of Lions both failed to capitalize on the result by the Phobians over the weekend.

With three matches left to end the season, Hearts of Oak still remain at the summit of the table, two points clear ahead of their closest contenders.

The Phobians drew goalless at the Anane Boateng Stadium with Kessben FC as new coach Nii Noi Thompson holds on strongly but is still looking for a first win since taking over.

But despite the draw by the leaders, Asante Kotoko failed jump top after allowing a first half two-nil lead to slip by as Liberty Professionals recovered in the second period to go up 3-2 before a late equalizer saved the day for the Reds and earned them a point.

Kojo Poku opened the scoring for Kotoko in the 24th minute before Alex Asamoah increased his goal tally to 15.

Liberty Professionals came back strongly through Latif Salifu and Kamal Issah and then Latif put them ahead. But a late free-kick saw Kojo Poku level with his personal second. King Faisal moved joint-second after beating Heart of Lions 2-1 at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Prince Arko put Faisal ahead in the 39th minute but five minutes later, Lions were back on level terms as Kofi Nti Boakye struck the equaliser.

Samad Oppong got the winner from the spot in the 68th minute. Chelsea came from a goal down to beat All Stars 2-1 at the Coronation Park. Gafaru Nasiru opened the scoring for the visitors but Isaaka Ibrahim equalized for Chelsea and Ernest Adomah sealed it in the 74th minute.

An Edwin Gyimah goal in the 74th minute ensured that Hasaacas beat Tema Youth 1-0 at the Sekondi Sports Stadium to move out of the bottom three.

All Blacks are still caught up in the last three of the table as they were denied the vital win by Berekum Arsenals who drew 2-2 at the Swedru Park.

Daniel Gyamfi put the Black Magicians in the lead in the 6th minute but the equalizer for Arsenals came through Ahmed Acquah.

Joe Louis put All Blacks back in the lead after 74 minutes only for Samuel Boateng to deny them the maximum points.

AshantiGold dropped into the bottom three after managing to claim a point at the Len Clay Stadium as they drew 1-1 with Eleven Wise.

Relagation candidates, Sporting Mirren shared the spoils with Real Tamale United in their scoreless draw at the Ohene Djan Stadium.
