Kingston returns for match action

Ghana international, Laryea Kingston will return to match action this weekend for Scottish club, Hearts after sitting out for over a month due to injury.

The influential midfielder Laryea Kingston will be key to the Tynecastle side's hopes for a top six finish as he returns from a foot injury picked up during the 2008 African Cup of Nations.

Hearts play Falkirk at home on Saturday in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League fixture.

Kingston, has been included in Ghana's 18-man squad announced by Claude Le Roy for Wednesday's friendly with Mexico at the Craven Cottage in London.

The game against the Mexicans will be the first for the Black Stars after winning bronze at the Nations Cup.
