Black Queens coach Kim Lars Björkegren has announced a strong starting lineup for tonight’s much-anticipated international friendly against the England Lionesses.

Goalkeeper Cynthia Konlan Fiindib anchors the team from the back, with captain Portia Boakye and Susan Ama Duah leading a defensive setup.

Benedicte Simon, making her Black Queens debut, is one of the headline selections, slotting into the backline for her first appearance in Ghana’s colours alongside Comfort Yeboah, Portia Boakye and Susan Duah

The midfield features the industrious trio of Jennifer Cudjoe, Stella Nyamekye and Grace Asantewaa, whose energy and quick transitions will be crucial as Ghana seek to match England's pace and control in the middle of the park.

Alice Kusi, Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah, Doris Boaduwaa, will lead the frontline with their trademark dynamism.

The bench offers depth, with several young talents and experienced names ready to influence the match if called upon.
