Prempeh Elite Academy and Greater Accra Region remain locked on 10 points at the top of Group A, while Western Region and Brong Ahafo are also level on points in Group B following the conclusion of Matchday Four of the 2026 KGL Foundation Inter-Regional U17 Colts Championship on Wednesday, October 7.
Prempeh Elite Academy maintain their position at the summit of Group A on superior goal difference, with Greater Accra Region occupying second place on the same 10-point tally. Both sides have already secured their places in the semi-finals.
Central Region sit third with six points, followed by Upper East Region on five points. Northern Region are fifth with three points, while Volta Region occupy the bottom position with two points.
The Group B standings are considerably tighter, with Western Region leading on nine points, level with second-placed Brong Ahafo but ahead on goal difference.
Elite Academy, BIG Boss are third on eight points, keeping them firmly in contention heading into the final round. Eastern Region sit fourth with six points, while Upper West Region and defending champions Ashanti Region occupy fifth and sixth positions respectively, with both teams on two points.
The final round of group-stage matches is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, with qualification places and semi-final pairings set to be determined.
