AshantiGold will face Tunisian side Etoile Sportive du Sahel in the next round of the Caf Confederation Cup after edging out Sewe Sports over two legs.

The Miners secured another 1-0 win over the Ivorian side at the Len Clay on Sunday to ensure their progress in the competition.

Aminu Mohammed’s 35th minute goal was enough to seal their place in the next round of the competition as they thus completed a 2-0 aggregate win.
