Inter Allies battle Bechem United Saturday - Preview

Inter Allies FC will on Saturday, fight to bounce back to victory when they battle Bechem United in their match day five encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Allies, who dominated the headlines after their win against Accra Hearts of Oak, were pegged back on match day four following a 1-0 loss to King Faisal in  Techiman. The Eleven is to One side currently sit in 11th place on the League log managing a single victory from four matches, drawing once and losing twice.

They head into the game against Bechem without head coach Tony Lokko who was fired in midweek. The former Tema Youth coach has been replaced by Technical Director and Youth development director Henrik Peters Lehm. Goalkeeper Rashid Seidu, midfielder Richmond Nii Lamptey, Paul Abanga and Emmanuel Adjetey belong to the class of players who have impressed this season and much will depend on them when they take on the hunters on Saturday.

Bechem United make a second trip to the Greater Accra this season aiming to protect their unbeaten streak after three games. They opened their campaign in Dansoman where they held Liberty Professionals to a 1-1 draw coming from behind.

The Hunters have recorded a win and a draw in their other two matches against WAFA SC and Aduana Stars respectively.

Bechem have managed only a draw in their five previous games as guests to Inter Allies and have lost all of the last three in the top flight.

Coach Kwaku Danso and his charges would fight to change the status quo on Saturday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Striker Prince Kwabena Adu didn't make the journey to Dormaa Ahenkro to face Aduana in the last fixture. But he is expected back in the squad for the game. The game will kick at 3pm at the Accra sports stadium.
