The Ghana Football Association (GFA) will organize integrity training for players and officials of all elite clubs in the football ecosystem before the start of the 2023/24 football season.

The training forms part of efforts to further uphold the integrity of our game. The upcoming integrity session will focus on match fixing, match manipulation and betting aimed at educating everyone associated with the game - all Club Administrators, Technical Staff, and Players.

The Integrity session also aims to educate everyone about the dangers of match fixing and match manipulation, as well as equip them with the necessary knowledge and tools to identify and appropriately respond to such situations.

The primary objective is to ensure that everyone (Club Administrators, Technical Staff and players) involved in the business of football is well-informed about the risks associated with match fixing and to foster a proactive approach within the club to safeguard the credibility of the game.

The session will be conducted via Zoom to ensure convenience and accessibility for all participants.

The schedule is attached below:

It is worth mentioning that Integrity Officers of elite clubs have been in office in the last two seasons and received adequate on match manipulation by both FIFA Integrity and GFA Compliance & Integrity.
