Hearts go level with Kotoko

Hearts of Oak have moved level on points with table toppers, Asante Kotoko after beating Medeama 2-1 on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Attakora Gyimah scored the match winner in 70th minute to lift the Phobians to second with their rivals - Kotoko - having a game in hand.

Medeama drew first blood after 25 minutes from the spot after goalkeeper Sammy Adjei tripped an attacker in the box.

Francis Coffie scored from the spot but Medeama's lead was short-lived as the Phobians drew level two minutes later.

Mahatma Otoo scored the equaliser to end the first half 1-1. And in the second half, Gyimah handed Hearts all three points when he scored.
