Former Premier League side Kpando Heart of Lions have a date with Vision FC in the opening weekend of the 2020/21 season at Kpando on Sunday, December 10, 2021.

The Kpando lads who suffered relegation from the Ghanaian top flight in 2015 have been twice unlucky in their fight for a return to the Premier League.

Heart of Lions, were in pole position for a return to the League as they led the Zone 3 standings for eight weeks in 2018/2019 as well as the 2019/20 but both League competitions were cancelled for different reasons to delay their quest for top flight football.

The game against Vision FC presents them a huge opportunity for a smooth take off as they begin the campaign at their favourite grounds in Kpando.
